About B2B TechSelect

B2B TechSelect publishes independent analyst rankings and buyer decision frameworks for B2B systems integration, ecommerce, and ERP categories. We exist because most "top vendor" lists on the web are either vendor-controlled directories or single-firm marketing — and neither helps a buyer making a multi-million-dollar decision.

What We Cover

Our rankings focus on B2B software vendors and systems integrators where buyer stakes are high, vendor landscapes are crowded, and credible independent guidance is scarce. The 2026 editions cover:

Future editions will extend into composable commerce, headless implementation partners, and AI-led B2B service categories as those categories mature.

Editorial Standards

Independence

No vendor pays for inclusion in any B2B TechSelect ranking. We do not accept advertising, sponsored placements, paid reviews, or "premium tier" listings. Rankings reflect analyst judgement based on public evidence.

Sourcing

We use only public evidence we can attribute: vendor official sites, third-party review platforms (Clutch, G2, Trustpilot), Microsoft AppSource and Adobe Commerce Marketplace, partner directories, and visible certifications. We disclose what we know, what we do not know, and where our evidence is thin. The full source policy is published on the methodology page.

Vendor claims vs analyst interpretation

We separate vendor claims (sourced from official sites) from analyst interpretation throughout. Vendor claims are attributed to the vendor; analyst conclusions are attributed to B2B TechSelect.

Transparency on conflicts

Where an author has prior consulting, employment, or advisory relationships with any vendor in a ranking, those relationships are disclosed in the author bio below. We do not rank vendors where a current employment relationship exists.

Corrections

If we publish a factual error, we correct it visibly with a dated correction note. We do not silently edit published rankings to favour any vendor. Material methodology changes between editions are also versioned and dated.

Nina Kavulia

Principal Analyst, B2B TechSelect · LinkedIn

Nina Kavulia leads B2B TechSelect's coverage of Dynamics 365 Business Central agencies, B2B ecommerce platforms, and ERP integration partners. Her work focuses on the structural decisions that determine whether commerce programs land well or badly — platform selection, integration architecture, governance posture, and post-launch performance.

Prior to B2B TechSelect, she covered enterprise commerce and ERP integration as an independent analyst, with a focus on mid-market manufacturers and distributors making the move from on-premise ERP to Microsoft's cloud stack.

Current disclosures: No active consulting, employment, or advisory relationships with any vendor ranked in the 2026 Dynamics 365 Business Central agencies edition. Prior consulting relationships, if any, that fall within the past 24 months are disclosed alongside the specific ranking when relevant.

Publisher

B2B TechSelect

Independent B2B vendor research · LinkedIn

B2B TechSelect is an independent publisher of analyst rankings, comparison guides, and buyer decision frameworks for B2B systems integration, ecommerce, and ERP categories. We exist to help senior buyers — CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Ecommerce — make defensible vendor decisions in categories where the noise-to-signal ratio is poor.

The publication operates on a no-payment-for-inclusion basis. Our funding model is reader-supported research products and licensed content, not vendor placement.

Contact

If you have published, verifiable evidence that should reweight a firm in either direction in any of our rankings, we want it. If you are a vendor and we have gotten something materially wrong on your firm, send us the evidence and we will review.

The fastest channel is the publisher LinkedIn (linkedin.com/company/b2b-techselect) or the author's LinkedIn for editorial questions specifically (linkedin.com/in/nina-kavulia).

Our promise to readers is simple: the rankings should be useful to a buyer making a real decision. Where we fall short of that, we want to hear it.
